Tensile routine testing equipment

Semi tensile machine is mainly applied in the single piece routine tensile test for the porcelain insulators and glass insulators.

Also it is applied in the mechanical tensile test for the fittings (pins, caps) of porcelain insulators and glass insulators one by one.

It is high-effective, high-speed and suitable for large-scale batch test.

The difference between this tensile test machine and horizontal tensile test machine of long rod is that the current one is very fast on moving back and forth for quick routine tension test of 33kV composite insulator or 11kV ceramic disc insulators, while the long rod insulator tension test machine is more suitable for routine test and sample test of longer insulator, like 400kV composite  insulator with section length up to 3m, or it’s also suitable for 11kV ceramic disc insulators or toughen glass disc insualtors in strings.
